Excellent visibility March 8, 2010 A. Kogan (Portland, OR) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Wide field of vision. Works with prescription glasses (has special notches on the seal). Looks good too. Anti-fog is a little exaggeration especially when working with respirator (as expected). Overall I think excellent tool.
Very Comfortable and work great. March 5, 2010 Dave Simmons (Portland, OR) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had these for about a month and they are very comfortable and very clear to see out of and I have not had any fogging up problems as of yet.
Dewalt Concealer Safety Goggles Rock!!! March 1, 2010 Uncle Jimmy (Friendswood, TX) I'm going to school to earn a degree in Process Technology, and Chemical Engineering. For the degree, I'm required to take several levels of chemisty classes, as well as work in numerous mockup-industrial processing plants. For this reason, I decided to get a pair of goggles that are durable enough to last through all my classes.
Most of the other students have cheap, lame, rubber goggles that rip,(You know, the ones with the round mesh buttons on the side for ventillation, and a cheap/thin elastic strap) and they need to buy a new pair every year. These goggles not only last, but they stand out. My instructors can immediately pick me out of the crowd, which means more of their attention, and when it comes time for grades or letters of recommedations... you get the idea.
They're very affordable for the quality I paid for, and they're very comfortable. There are slits at the top allow ventillation which make life much easier. The straps are easily adjustable for fitting, and - again - they stand out in a crowd. Just looking at them makes people think I'm a professional or something. I'm not. I'm a struggling student in class, just like they are... probably more so.
They look cool. They're high quality. They're durable and versatile. They attract attention. The are very affordable for the benefits you're getting from them. They're highly recommended.
Go ahead. Make a difference. What do you have to lose?
kinda big March 1, 2010 Israel Rojo (sacramento, ca) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
well I guess I'll start by saying that my trade is roofing since 2003. I use the safety goggles when doing dry-rot repairs the particles fly all over the place and so I bought the dewalt safety goggles. I have to tell you if you worry about looks they are kind of big for a small face like mine; however, this goggles are good for what they are intended they protect my eyes very well. I don't care what othes think I love them because they protect my eyes and peripheral area of them as well. the order arrived quickly and the transaction went smoothly. Thanks and hope this review will be helful to you all.
Not for the large of head or the sweaty of brow February 26, 2010 E. Bickford (Boston, MA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I sweat a lot, I have a large head. It's life. Unfortunately these goggles don't play nice with either of these issues. Despite the soft rubber gasket around the outside of these goggles they dig into my face around the edge of my eye sockets. Plus the fog up quite quick with strenuous activity. Obviously your experience may vary depending on the size and shape of your head and face, but if you've got a larger head you might want to steer clear of these goggles.
